How do u get rid if frizzy hair

I have thin hair and struggle with when my hair goes frizzy and all fluffy I would like it to be smooth and silk. I've with heat I've only blown it dry but not full dry, I've never used a hair straightener or Cutler before Does anyone have any ideas in what I could use?
