non sticky and it does not sting. I use it every morning and it's like a serum. it really improved my skin whish is pretty sensitive and gets red from almost every product but I had no problems with this one. I loved that it has pure Vitamin C powder that you have to break and disolve in the solution only at first use (it has a small pouch made of rubber on the bottom that you have to press). my face shines and is brighter. I always apply SPF afterwards
