Fulvic Acid acts as a probiotic for the scalp to remove scalp build-up that occurs from curly styling products + balances the scalp microbiome. Healthy curls start at the scalp. The scalp has a delicate microbiome and a low barrier function, meaning it has difficulty maintaining + replenishing moisture. This can leave the scalp prone to dryness and irritation, which can lead to drier curls and texture issues. Glycerin (5%) hydrates curls + waves, and Fulvic Acid restores curl pattern + balances the scalp microbiome.
