The Hydrating Essence Toner features Algenist’s patented ingredient, Alguronic Acid, to increase smoothness and improve the appearance of skin firmness. This formula combines Alguronic Acid with Witch Hazel and Chamomile to gently tone, soothe and purify. After application, skin will feel revitalized, hydrated and refreshed, while skin texture will appear softer and more even.
