A lip balm that actually moisturises your lips, rather than coating them for a few minutes and then disappearing, and helps enhance their shape at the same time. Plumper has a thick and creamy texture that restores and protects very dry lips, with a kick of peppermint and capsicum to plump, whilst smelling minty fresh.
