Description
Cica Niacinamide toner also contains green tea and tea tree oil. Alcohol-free toner for oil control and irritation. Minimizes acne, controls further breakouts & fades acne scars, which makes it perfect for oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin. Reduces the appearance of pores. Mildly exfoliates to unclog pores & refine the texture of skin . Balances pH at 4.1 to strengthen the skin barrier. Has anti-inflammatory properties to calm irritation, redness & sensitivity.
