The content of niacinamide, a multitasking B3 vitamin, and rainbow algae extract simultaneously prevents the skin from overproducing its natural pigment, melanin, which forms the pigment spots. By regulating and breaking down melanin, these ingredients even out the skin tone while also pampering the skin with moisture, care, and a fresh glow.
