Description
This gentle, alcohol-free toner is specially designed for delicate skin. A Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) helps gently exfoliate dull, dead skin cells, enhancing skin clarity and texture, and preparing skin for optimal benefits from moisturizer and treatment products. An infusion of botanical extracts, including chamomile, rosemary and cucumber, hydrates dry, sensitive skin. Formulated to help restore skin’s protective barrier and natural pH balance.
