Description

Soaked in a toner full of beneficial plant extracts, these two-sided peeling pads exfoliate and cleanse, sweeping away dead skin cells and excess sebum. Oat extract soothes skin, while soybean extract is packed with antioxidants to help restore skin. What makes these truly special, though, is the presence of acids that are gentle enough for these peeling pads to be used daily and on sensitive skin — wintergreen extract as a BHA that draws oil out of pores and gluconic acid as a PHA, a comparatively new acid that functions in a similar way as an AHA but is much gentler, to aid in exfoliation and help reduce inflammation. With a pH level of 5.5, these peeling pads were designed with people with sensitive skin in mind. Ground Plan intentionally decided to use a PHA because PHAs work like AHAs but have a larger molecule size which makes them much gentler and suitable for sensitive skin. The pads themselves were also designed to be suitable for sensitive skin, microfiber on one side that gently exfoliates while soaking up oils and impurities, and 100% cotton on the other side for soft cleansing and soothing. They have a clean, fresh scent with hints of lavender.
