Calendula Toner

Our calendula toner is the optimum preparation for your skin for everything you treat it to afterwards, because it removes even the smallest residues from your skin, down to the pores. You take care of dirt, sebum deposits and make-up first with your facial cleansing. For deep-pore cleansing use our toner, directly after cleansing, removing it with a cotton pad. In addition to clarifying your skin, our calendula toner has a wonderfully calming and refreshing effect. So your skin is ready for the next layering steps, such as a serum, or your moisturiser. Marigolds (calendula officinalis) were being used as early as the 12th century as medicinal plants. Especially sensitive, dry or chapped skins benefits from the soothing and anti-inflammatory effect. The amino acid ectoine also strengthens weakened skin barriers and protects the cell membranes of your skin cells by forming a film. So it conserves your skin against loss of moisture. A third, strong active ingredient is organic green tea extract, it’s a great anti-oxidant that protects your skins from oxidative stress, binds in moisture and improves skin structure.
