Cellup Gel To Water Cleanser

Lagom’s Cellup Gel-to-Water cleanser is the morning cleanser we didn’t even know we needed. So many people wonder if you really need to double cleanse in the morning when your face is already clean from the night before. And the truth is, we do need an oil-based cleanser to gently remove our oil-based creams from the night before, as well as sebum that was excreted while sleeping, and dust and toxins from our bedroom air.
