This retinol is gentle. I used it 1-2 times a week and didn't apply any other product afterward. My skin felt comfortable, even though it's sensitive. I've seen an improvement in my whiteheads and texture. The capsule packaging is super convenient, making it easy to plan how long it's going to last.
