Medicica Balancing Toner
Description
Formulated with green cica complex and titrated centella extract, this toner increases moisture and reduces sebum to form a protective layer mimicking healthy skin. With distinct soothing, softening and brightening properties. To use, simply wet a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe along face. Alternatively, place soaked cotton pad onto T-zone to target dead skin cells and sebum, or directly apply onto face to combat dullness and dryness. All ingredients rated safe by EWG.
