Eyelash Conditioning Cream
Description
This preparation made from healing plants was developed during World War II by Danielle Roches, a young ophthalmologist, to treat eye injuries. Much to her surprise, the cream had a completely unexpected side effect: her patients’ eyelashes and eyebrows grew dramatically.
