PATENTED HYDROQUINONE USP 4% WITH L-ASCORBIC ACID USP An anti-aging and skin lightening serum formulated with Vitamin C and 4% Hydroquinone USP to gradually lighten dark spots. Ideal for all skin types. Directions Remove and discard white cap and replace with dropper. Place 1 to 2 drops of SEEQUIN 4 IDS in palm of hand and use fingertips to apply a thin layer to face, neck, chest and back of hands as desired. Apply once or twice daily to clean, dry skin before any make-up or creams. Tighten dropper securely after each use.
